Adorable Sydney was literally an 'Austin Tree Hugger' when I picked her up at Pre School! Syd and I went to hook up with James at his classroom. Then the two of them let me take pictures of them with their darling faces beaming out of the school mascot, an Owl. Next, we headed to Syd's classroom where she proudly held up her latest art work. She loves acting like a teacher and was showing Her Kid Brother a colorful book.
When we got home James revealed that he'd stashed two of his 'Powerful Swords' in 'Barbieville.' Syd and James were acting like they were fencing. I pointed out that fencers wear face masks. Immediately, Syd made HER version of a mask...she put her Princess panties over her head. Honestly, you can't image how often those two put underwear on their heads! Next, Syd put a diaper on James' head. Then she put a pink diaper on hers!
Over the past few months Mommy Skyler and I have been showing you pictures of James with his 'Powerful Sword.' Okay, wait until you see James with THREE PLASTIC SWORDS...2 silver ones and a gold one that Joe Bill and I gave him for Halloween! My guess is that if we had 4 swords at our house James would have put 4 into his shirt! James has a weird look on his face, but that's probably because he realizes that it's a little odd to be wearing 3 swords...well, our town motto is: 'Keep Austin Weird.' James is doing his best to 'Keep Austin Weird!' Good job, James!
My Mom Polly, who's a World Class Fashionista and a Hall of Fame Shoeaholic, gave Child Fashionista and Style Icon Sydney Marie Stewart, a fabulous pair of high heels that Mom has never worn. Syd found the perfect raspberry colored tutu and added a pair of cheery pink socks to wear with her red crystal cherry-on-top glass slipper looking heels! As you can tell Syd was pleased with her frilly outfit!
It's clear that James loved having cuddle time with his Daddy!
