Skyler, Jimmy, Sydney, James and Sammy headed to spectacular Spain for 6 weeks.
They started out in the fairy tale Medieval town of Peratallada, which has a gorgeous Castle that was built in the 11th to 14th centuries!
They had fun on the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. They found the charming village of Peratallada to be simply delightful.
The town is considered a historical and artistic complex because it has a lot of Medieval architecture. Many areas look exactly the same as what they looked like 5 centuries ago. Travel guides say nowadays it is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
Syd and James enrolled in a Water Sports Camp in L’Escala from 9:30am to 1:30pm for a week. Afterwards they’d eat lunch and then take a siesta. I’ve posted a cute VIDEO of Syd describing what they did at the Camp.
I’ve included a picture of Aunt Kate, Aunt Kendall and Uncle Jesse who flew in from New York. As you can tell the Family had a great time together.
While the Stewarts were in Spain, Skyler, James and Sammy all had Birthdays. James turned 10, Sammy 2 and Skyler remained timeless! On top of that, Skyler and Jimmy celebrated their 12th Anniversary!
Meanwhile, Gigi, Joel, Jack and Benny headed to Telluride, Colorado. They had fun hiking and certainly enjoyed the cool mountain weather. They spent time with ‘Aunt’ Jen Welch as well as Emily Wheeler and her Family.
Joe Bill and I were in Colorado too. We had a wonderful time in Aspen. I’ve included a picture of us with our friend Peggy Oxford at Maroon Bells. We always have fun there.
