We lovingly call Benny ‘Hot Tub Benny’ because whenever the cute little 3 year old comes over, he smiles and then tells us that he wants to get in our Hot Tub!
You won't believe what Benny wanted to put in the Hot Tub!
The problem is that sometimes our Hot Tub works and sometimes it doesn’t.
The other day when the darling little cherub was here our Hot Tub wasn’t working.
Joe Bill told Benny that he’d already called the repair man. Benny must have asked JB a jillion times: “When is he getting here?” When the repairman arrived Benny carefully watched everything that he was doing.
JB was told that we were out of PROPANE, which is needed for us to heat the Hot Tub.
Benny thought the repairman had said that we needed CHAMPAGNE!
After that, Benny asked us a jillion times: “When is the CHAMPAGNE getting here?”
When Benny was just 18 months old he tried to raid Mommy Gigi and Daddy Joel’s liquor cabinet. Now that Benny is 3, he’s into CHAMPAGNE! He’s living proof of my saying that: “Party Animals have Party Animals for Children!”
It was as if Benny had been watching the syndicated TV show “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” hosted by Robin Leach that aired from 1984 to 1995. Each week Robin showed fabulous houses belonging to celebrities and sports stars, you know, the Rich and Famous!
Robin ended each episode with a wish for his viewers that became his signature catchphrase: “CHAMPAGNE WISHES AND CAVIAR DREAMS!” Benny literally took that to heart!
I’ve included some pictures of Benny and Big Brother Jack having fun together. They’re very sweet playmates.
On the subject of sweet playmates, I’ve added several pictures of Syd, James and Sammy playing together. They get along great.
Sammy is always happy when he’s with his Family. You can tell by the pictures I took of him and Mommy Skyler at our house.
Syd, James and Sammy had fun when they recently visited their Grandparents and Great Grandmother B.A.
(Bebet) when they were in Houston. Skyler’s Mom Lynne (BeBe) took Syd out to dinner before they went to the Symphony POPS. James had a wonderful time with her watching the Houston Astros win.
Sammy was just beaming when he went out to eat with his Mommy and his elegant and very sweet Great Grandmother who turned 97 this year. It’s clear that the meal was ‘Sealed With A Kiss!’
