'Keeping Their Spirits Up!'

Sydney 12, James 10 & Sammy 2 love bouncing on their Trampoline. It keeps their spirits up! Syd & James have taken lessons at a nearby Gym. They’re really good. They like giving their Baby Brother some pointers. The Little Guy really made us laugh when Sammy looked like he was DRUNK! His little legs were all wobbly! Mommy Skyler has worked very hard to make their backyard look idyllic. It has the feeling of Brigadoon, a fictional Village in the Scottish Highlands that was unaffected by time. It was the theme of a popular 1947 Broadway Musical. Being in the Stewart’s backyard you’d never know that there was a Coronavirus Pandemic. It’s the perfect Retreat from the rest of the World. Since Daddy Jimmy was right there, I thought it would be great to get a Family picture. It appears that Sammy had other plans nearby. You’ll see what was on his busy schedule! Meanwhile, Jack (8) & his Kid Brother Benny (4) had a great time the other day at their gorgeous Cousin June’s 6th Birthday Party. The Melrose Boys are very close to June & her 8 year old Twin Brothers Hugh & Bauer. The 5 Kids get along great! They’re related because Jack & Benny’s Mommy Gigi's Cousin Paige is Hugh, Bauer & June’s Mommy. Daddy Ellis had as much fun as The Kids when he was pulling the strings of his darling daughter June's Piñata. April was a big Birthday month. Gigi had an International Family Birthday Party on Zoom! It was International because Joel’s Mum Julie & his Step Father Dave called in from Australia! It was 7:30 at night for all of us Texans but it was 7:30 in the morning for the Aussies! Gigi’s Parents Ginger & Don, her Brother Jonathan & his Wife Angela plus Gigi’s other Brother Austin called in. Joel, Jack, Benny & close friend Jen were at the house. It’s one of the changes in the New Normal. Even though we weren’t there in person it’s nice being able to Celebrate a Happy Occasion!
