Joe Bill and I always have fun when Skyler, Jimmy, Sydney and James come over to swim. Skyler looks like she should be on the cover of the Swimsuit Edition of “Sports Illustrated.” If you didn’t know her, you’d never guess that she’s the mother of two kids. Sydney looks like she’s her Mommy’s Mini-Me. How lucky for Syd!
Sydney takes gymnastics classes on Saturday mornings. She seems as at home in a gym as Mary Lou Retton did when she was a little girl. Mary Lou was the first female gymnast from outside Eastern Europe to win the Olympic Gold Medal in the Women’s All-around competition in 1984.
Wearing her Pamela Anderson ‘Baywatch’ TV show red leotard, Sydney climbed up the 20 foot thick rope in the gym and rang the bell at the top! Last year as an athletic 4 year old she did the same thing but didn’t ring the bell. Be sure to see both of the gymnastics VIDEOS.
The other day we picked up Baby Jack so that he could play with us for a while. JB and I looked over at Syd and she was entertaining herself by wrapping herself in the small curtain at the door!
Beautiful Baby Jack has lots of fun with Mommy Gigi and Daddy Joel. The adorable nearly 16 month old toddler also enjoys being at our house with Sydney, who’s 5, and James, who turns 4 later this month.
Gigi helped Jack with large plastic blocks by our pool. Next he was busy tossing rings to Syd in the pool and had fun running around with the towel that looked like Bundy. Probably the funniest picture is Jack looking at Sydney when she had the hot pink and purple inner tube on her head making her look like a Space Girl in a UFO!
As you can tell, we’ve been having a great Summer!
